Shipping Info: How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within 5 working days via Canada Post (regular mail); the delivery time will be dictated by your location. If you are ordering internationally (outside of North America) please be patient and allow up to six weeks from submission date for the product to arrive Get more information here :

How can I check my order status?

Return Policy: Exchange Only Return Policy. If there are any problems with your purchase, please email stlcreativeworks(at)outlook.com with the subject line: Bandcamp Return.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. Please note that minor dings, scratches or breakage of CD/DVD cases may occur during shipping, such minor flaws are beyond our control. CD/DVD cases are part of the packaging and we therefore do not accept minor packaging flaws as a valid reason for return.
